Tickets
-
Your tickets live as a QR code, so that’s all you need to bring. Find it on your membership page at my.idahofilm.org (which you can access through “Member Login” or check your confirmation email titled “Here Are Your Idaho Film Society Tickets.” Head to IFS, show the QR code at the door, and you’re in. Can’t find it, or your phone died on the way over? No stress. Tell our box office your name and we’ll look you up. Then grab a drink, find a seat, and settle in.
-
Nope! It’s general admission, so seats go first come, first served. Our theater is cozy, so there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Arrive a little early if you have a favorite spot.
-
We do! Just let us know when you purchase your ticket, including how many people are in your party, and we’ll reserve the spot for you. Feel free to also email us at boxoffice@idahofilm.org.
-
We’re a small, community-powered nonprofit, so we can’t offer refunds. If your plans change, we can offer a credit toward a future screening or event. Please contact us at boxoffice@idahofilm.org as soon as possible.
You’re also able to transfer your tickets to someone else! (See ”Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?” below) -
Absolutely. Your friend gets the film, you get good-friend points.
Log in to your account and find “My tickets” on the left hand menu.
Select “Invite a Friend” and enter your friend’s information.
They’ll get an invite that they will need to accept, then the ticket is theirs and can be found on their account.
Please note, your ticket will be held for them while the invitation is pending, and during that time it will be inactive in your account. You won't be able to print or use it. Once sent, your invite cannot be cancelled. Your invitee will need to accept or decline on their own. Each invitation automatically expires 24 hours before the event. If your friend hasn't claimed the ticket by then, it will return to your account so you can use it.
Sending tickets to multiple friends? Invite them one at a time, completing the process for each before starting the next.

We want everyone to have a great time, so here’s the vibe. Be respectful of the screen and your neighbors: phones on silent and brightness down, and save the long conversations for after the credits. But this isn’t a library! Gasp, laugh, cheer, and yell at the screen when the killer is obviously behind the door. Reacting together is half the fun of seeing a movie in a room full of film lovers.
Purchases from the bar and concessions are allowed in theater, but please, no outside food or drink.
